Succeed With Dyslexia (SWD) came to us with a mission: to end the global stigma about dyslexia. We couldn’t quite manage that (yet), but we did implement a tailored four-strand strategy to boost income and establish the brand as a global online community presence.

  • Outreach— As well as creating a new email strategy and growing social communities, we focused on visibility and content marketing to amplify their online presence with learning festivals, specialist events and awareness campaigns.

  • Aesthetic and Accessibility— We instigated a web redesign that kept accessibility at its core. Focusing on display, font and streamlined wireframes, we created a site experience that’s easy for those with literacy differences to navigate.

  • Thought Leadership— Above all, SWD wanted market trust. We embarked on a long-form content project creating optimised blogs and LinkedIn periodicals to develop the brand’s presence as a knowledge repository.
  • Development Opportunities— We also developed and promoted a training programme that provided the company with a vital early revenue stream— which has since created links with NatWest, the MET Office and BAE Systems.

Succeed With Dyslexia have seen campaign activity in over forty countries worldwide, provided training to major UK businesses, and we’re continuing to support the brand into their shift to charity status.
