Wizcom were about evolution: bigger teams, brighter ideas, and creating a talent lab for the tech of tomorrow. squid. implemented a socials push and web redesign project that focused on modernising interfaces and creating an online presence that put recruitment and growth centre stage.

The first challenge was to create a logistic framework to handle increased demand. We redesigned elements of the wireframe to incorporate a dedicated careers hub, and using Workable as an external embedded platform, improved the candidate journey with a more structured way to apply, track and refer.

In eleven months we’d increased Wizcom’s office head count by 77%, filling complex and specialist roles across their R&D framework. In 2023 were proud to attend the opening of the new Wizcom Research & Development Centre in Goreagon, Mumbai and meet the hires set to take EdTech into the future.
