Newly-established Empowering Tech (ET) came to us with the challenge of creating a strong brand presence that reflected the EdTech and Assistive Tech focus of their acquisitions, but set them apart as a dedicated leader in the new education landscape.
We focused on an image project that replicated the design semantics of a tech company without losing vital focus on literacy and neuroinclusion. Across the portfolio of internal companies, Squid wordsmiths and branding experts created a new division of marketing focuses, brand goals and Tone of Voice guidelines for collateral— giving each business a unique go-to status across knowledge and eComm as well as a core of shared values.
We consolidated these developments with dedicated recruitment support for ET as a parent company, filling mission critical roles with established presences from sector influencers to tech and neurodiversity specialists.
